By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you don’t vibe with these terms, please don’t use this website or our offerings.

You may not copy, share, sell, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. Violators may be legally pursued. Inspiration is cool - plagiarism is not.
4. Client Contributions & Usage
If you post, share, or submit any content (such as reviews, photos, or creative input), you agree we may use it for marketing or promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
We’ll never misrepresent your work, and we respect your privacy.
5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

For custom services, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 50% is due prior to final file delivery.

Late payments may result in delays or a pause in your project until payment is received.

Payment plans are available for select projects on request.
6. Abandoned Projects
Life happens, but if we don’t hear from you for 30 business days, your project may be marked as abandoned.

You’ll need to pay a rebooking fee to resume, and we can’t guarantee your original timeline or pricing.

If you return after several months or years, you may be required to start a new project at current rates.
We’ll always try to communicate clearly before it gets to this stage. Communication is key.
7. Digital + Physical Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately to the email provided during checkout.

Custom design files will be delivered via Dropbox once your project is approved and paid in full.

Physical goods (if any) are sent via tracked post or courier and may take 2–14 days depending on location. We are not liable for any loss or damage once shipped.
8. Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can make it right.
9. Working Hours & Communication

All communication is handled via email or Trello to keep things clear and organised.

Zoom calls are available by request.

We do not communicate via phone or SMS.

Our studio hours are Monday to Thursday, and we’re offline on Fridays to rest, recharge, and refuel the creative fire.
Respectful, clear, and kind communication is expected at all times, on both sides.
10. Use of AI Technology
We may use AI tools to assist with content creation, image development, or design exploration where it enhances the creative process. You acknowledge this as part of your service agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide high-quality work and service, but we cannot guarantee specific results. You agree to use our website and offerings at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by using or relying on our content, services, or digital tools.
12. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is stored securely and never shared without your consent. For more detail, please read our Privacy Policy.
13. Disputes & Legal Stuff
We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s a disagreement we can’t resolve, we agree to first try mediation or alternative dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
